Frequently asked questions
How do booking and payment work?
Pick your dates in the calendar, send the form, and we confirm your booking by e-mail and issue an invoice. The stay is paid in full (100%) by bank transfer, within 5 days of the invoice date.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3 pm on arrival day, check-out by 11 am on departure day. Other times may be possible by prior arrangement, subject to availability.
How does the deposit work?
A refundable deposit of 1500 zł per cabin is paid together with the stay and covers possible damage. We return it within 7 working days after check-out, once the cabin is checked.
Can I cancel free of charge?
Yes, up to 14 days before your planned arrival - we then refund the full payment. For later cancellations we retain 30% of the stay price and refund the rest.
How many guests fit in a cabin?
Comfortably 4 guests (2 bedrooms with double beds), and up to 6 guests thanks to the sofa bed in the living room.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets (e.g. small dogs or cats) are welcome by prior arrangement, for an extra 50 zł per night.
Is there a cleaning fee?
No, there is no final cleaning fee. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, we issue invoices - just tick it in the booking form (please let us know before payment).
